Adelina Detroit Launches New Dinner Menu

Adelina Detroit has launched a new dinner menu in Downtown Detroit. The update brings new starters, house made pastas, seafood, entrées, cocktails, mocktails and wine.

Led by Executive Chefs Marco Dalla Fontana and Adam Curry, the menu focuses on seasonal ingredients, bold flavors and scratch made dishes.

What’s New on the Menu

The new dinner menu includes new appetizers like the compressed watermelon & beet bloom, beef carpaccio, eggplant rollatini, and big eye tuna tataki.

House Made Pastas and Entrées

Pasta is one of the main highlights. Guests can now try their new pappardelle with pistachio pesto and gnochetti alla norcini with house-crumbled sausage, butter, cream, grana padano, and truffle oil.

The entrée section now includes halibut with caponata and a dover sole, deboned and served table side for an elevated experience.

Drinks and Mocktails

The drink menu features specialty cocktails, wine by the glass, beer and mocktails. New options include the Midnight Sin, Cloud 9, The Roosevelt, Ciao Bellini and Limoncello Sangria.

Non-alcoholic choices include the Mockarita, No-Jito, The Sydney, Sandia and Italian Lemonada.

A Scratch Kitchen Experience

Adelina says the new menu reflects its focus on scratch made cooking. The restaurant aims to offer a dinner experience that feels polished, seasonal and approachable. Adelina is now serving the new dinner menu in Downtown Detroit.
