I-75 Cap Project in Detroit: Transforming Freeway Space into Public Parks

The I-75 cap project just cleared its first real hurdle. Detroit’s plan to build parks on top of the freeway is technically buildable. A feasibility study led by the Downtown Detroit Partnership found the three proposed caps are technically possible.
