Mayor Mary Sheffield signed the proclamation ahead of Movement Music Festival’s 20th anniversary under Paxahau’s stewardship. This year’s festival takes place Memorial Day Weekend, May 23 through May 25, at Hart Plaza on Detroit’s riverfront.
